In the run-up to the LABACE 2016 exhibition the Bombardier company estimated the market of business aircraft of Latin America. According to the Canadian producer, within the next decade demand in the region will be at the level of nearly 800 new planes of a business class. The most last industry forecast of the company which is exhausted this year assumes delivery to the region in 2016-2025 of 790 planes of business aircraft.
According to Bombardier, Latin America in which annual economic growth by 2,3% is predicted is the third largest market and rather mature market of business aircraft. In Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and Venezuela more than 80% of the existing plane fleet from 2015 aircrafts are concentrated.
The Latin American fleet of Bombardier consists of 570 planes that is equivalent to a market share in 28%. The producer notes that Challenger 350 and Global 6000 – the best models for sales in the region.
“Latin America received about 10% of world deliveries business джетов in 2015″, – say in the company. “It is expected that deliveries of business planes to Latin America will remain stable within the next several years as the economy of the region continues to improve”.
From 790 predicted deliveries of business planes, more than 80% is necessary on easy and average classes with the total cost about $20 billion. During the 10-year period on category of light planes more than 50% of all Latin American deliveries – 390 cars will fall on the sum of $4,5 billion while midsize business jets 275 units for $8 billion will be put.
Despite economic recession in Brazil, Bombardier looks optimistically at this market. Now the producer has 140 aircrafts operated in the country.
“Brazil is the stable market on which in the last five years about 125 planes are put. It shows, Brazil is how important for business aircraft of Latin America. We expect that the country remains the key market of all region”, – summarize in the company.
